XADO Revitalizant is a chemical that provides complete, tools-free restoration of worn metal surfaces in friction zones. It restores parts’ original geometry and then coats them with new durable layer of ceramic-metal to protect against future wear. Revitalizant works anywhere where friction and load are present.
How Does It Work?

We can rebuild worn metal! A common bearing was chosen as a test subject A defect was made on the bearing race with the help of an engraving cutter. After one hour of operation Revitalizant eliminated the defect through formation of the protective metal- ceramic coating on the friction surface. The restoration occurs during normal operation. Defect as a letter “N” After 15 min Beginning of the Revitalization After 1 hour Defect has been eliminated, surface is coated with diamond-like layer of ceramic metal.
It is important to understand that Revitalizant is not a lubricant and it does not merely mask the symptoms of metal wear. Revitalizant repairs metal atom-by-atom, it starts by filling in scratches, gouges and friction induced wear, then it coats the treated metal in a self-regulating layer of metal- ceramic to prevent future wear
